Rep Power: 16 The Phynyx Project is an unknown quantity at this point

I have had a D1600 Korg recorder for a couple years but have always sequenced most of my music on my 01-W keyboard....in retrospect the D1600 has way more features but, seems a bit of a pain to run....am I just making the recording process too hard with it or should I just opt for pro-tools and my pc?
Thoughts???
