Hello all. I am brand new to this forum, but I thought I would come here to try my luck and see if anyone here can help me out with this problem.
One of my hobbies is finding rare but interesting music, whether it's from soundtracks, TV shows, or movie trailers, it doesn't matter. I'm always listening for different kinds of songs. In this case in particular, I'm trying to find a piece of music that goes to 2 different movie trailers (that I know of). This piece of music is in both the Braveheart trailer and in the Mortal Kombat trailer. Both of these movies came out in 1995. I've been trying for a very long time (like a year) to find out what this music is... like what the song is called, who does it, what else it is from, where it originated from, who wrote it, etc. etc. etc. Any information about this music piece will be very helpful and I would be very appreciative if any of you can help me at all. I am going to warn you though that it may be very difficult to find out anything about this song at all. I've looked everywhere and I can't find anything... not even vague references to it. The song plays in thisBraveheart trailer. When you go to that URL just click on 'Watch Trailer' to view it please. The song in this particular trailer starts at about 00:40 seconds into the trailer and ends at about 1:21. The same song also plays in this Mortal Kombat trailer. In this trailer the song starts playing at about 00:22 seconds into the trailer and ends at about 00:54 seconds. Have any of you heard this song anywhere before or know where it's from at all or who made the song? Like I said I've been trying to find out what music piece this is for a long time but I have had no luck whatsoever. If any of you can help me... thank you. |

Sorry, I don't have the bandwidth to download a huge trailer, but a hunch tells me it might be this song....
Go here and check track #3 called "The Crow Descends", from The Crow's original Score. That song has been used on a lot of trailers, including Braveheart and Mortal Kombat. Hope that's the one. ![]()

Mr MusicMan, is the Crow soundtrack still in print? That's one of my all time fav. movies!
Only soundtrack I've seen is for that Kirsten Dunst shit shoddy shitty remake.

I don't know for sure, but I imagine they still print a few thousand copies a year. Really excellent soundtrack and a great movie too. Until Lost Highway and Natural Born Killers came out, The Crow was my favorite soundtrack ever.
![]() A quick google search shows amazon selling some, so if you're looking to order a new copy you're probably in luck. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Crow-Origina.../dp/B000002IWH
