Eddie Holman-Hey there lonely girl [1970]
Now a Baptist minister, this ex-Delfonics & ex-Stylistics singer went to #2 on the pop charts with this classic. The song was originally "Hey There Lonely Boy" recorded in 1963 by Ruby and the Romantics, but Mr Holman made it his own and will forever have a place in R&B/Pop ballad history. check out the video http://www.megavideo.com/?v=ELTQZ4XG ![]() |
