I LOVE The Family Guy and The Simpsons. The humor is so good on so many levels. That reminds me I need to put some DVD's of those shows on my XMAS wishlist.

So what do you guys like to watch?

Those are pretty good shows I like them too. But my favorite show ever is Seinfeld!

I like pretty much any series that HBO puts out. I never got into Six Feet Under, but a few of my faves are

1. Curb Your Enthusiasm
2. Carnivale
3. Deadwood
4. The Sopranos
5. Da Ali G Show
6. Unscripted
7. Entourage

Those 7 shows are great entertainment.

I don't watch TV all too often, but I do really like Family Guy and American Dad. My favorite show would have to be either Nova or Austin City Limits. ACL is a goldmine for all sorts of unique music.

Those are my picks, too. Family guy is better, but they're both unbeatable. I also like that old(ish) british show Blackadder. I just love British humour, and this is a prime example.

I don't really watch TV any more, though some of my favorite shows would be:

- Sex and the City
- Friends
- FLCL (A.K.A. Fooly Cooly)
- Trigun
- Cowboy Bebop
- Outlaw Star

I guess that's enough, they're all done and just show reruns now though. :cokehead:

I should mention that I also like some anime. Azumanga Daioh and Love Hina are hilarious, and Ghost in the Shell rocked.

Uhh, yeah. That's it.

I have to agree with ya there. ACL is just great, they've gotten some great performances year after year. I'm also a big fan of Nova, as well as the Discovery channel and TLC. I'm sort of a documentary and learning junkie, I really like to learn something from what I'm watching.

Animal Planet, Simpsons, South Park, Space Ghost coast to Coast, and other "serious" stuff like Café filósofico - Philosophic Cofee, Provocações - Provocations, Recorte Cultural - Cultural outline, obviously those are brazilian tv shows, the good stuff that remains.

mm mentioned carnivale-- WHY DID IT HAVE TO DIE?

the only shows I care about these days are on hbo... I'm like a walking commercial. six feet under I think is the best show in television's history.

I like the educational shows but in my opinion tlc and that crew have really fallen off in the last few years. my favorite ever on that channel was "the human animal," but they never show that kind of stuff any more, now its all about giving people makeovers and bridezillas or whatever.

public tv in america also used to have these reality shows where they'd put a family into a period house and make them live as if they lived in the past-- world war 2 or the victorian age or whatever.

and cowboy bebop's awesome too.

Yeah, Mythbusters is a pretty cool show. I used to watch American Chopper when it first started out until it became less "real." I despise Reality Anything. I like to watch the world's greatest police chases...it's amazing how dumb some people act. I am still a sucker for early childhood shows like Andy Griffith, Waltons, and Little House on the Prarie....who was that that snickered....I also like to watch the antique road show every now and then.

My favorite tv show would have to be American Choppers. Just about anything that involves building or restoring autos. I like watching sports. I also like outdoor shows like fishing, hunting, etc. .

Oh, that's a great one, but I hardly get to watch it. I watched in on one occaision (but they were having a marathon or something, because it was on for hours) and it was great. I wish I could watch it more often, that's for sure.

Charmed is about the only tv show I watch regularly. I love the National Geographic and Discovery channels too. Otherwise, I really like watching NASA-TV, especially when there's a space shuttle up cause they have streaming video and audio feeds.

Charmed is one of my favorite shows on TV. Sad to see if leave after this season.

I'm also a big fan of Survivor and the Amazing Race.

And The Office is one of the best sitcoms we've had in a LONG time.

Nah. Those are the only two I really like. Never got into the dating ones, or the ridiculous ones.

It's pretty much just Survivor and The Amazing Race. I'll be the first to say that I think the networks went WAY overboard on reality TV. I'm a big fan of the sitcom. I wish they start getting some better ones on the air.
