When I was just a small boy.
Singing for Jesus was a joy.
To watch the people smile their troubles away.
My brother's and I would harmonize.
The tears would start to flow from the peoples eyes.
We were spreading God's love, everyday.

Spreading God's love, in the only way I know.
To help you back on that mountain.
When you feel so low.
To help you get that feeling again.
That God is your best friend.
So I'm spreading God's love.
Because it's free from above.

I remember walking up the churh isle.
Daddy's guitar streached a mile.
It seemed like it weighted a whole ton.
But the rhythem that came from those strings.
Made the whole church and the Angels sing.
And we had spreaded God's love when we were done.

I would picture this as a slow country tune ( sorry if it's not intended so ).

Some lines go together and some don't.
For example:
[qupte]When I was just a small boy.
Singing for Jesus was a joy[/quote]
Those are two lines in a row that go together.

Then you have:
Quote:
To watch the people smile their troubles away
The following line doesn't really go with the one before.

I thought it was a good tune though. If you ever record it, post it in the MusicShowcase.

And those 7 notes, and atoms dividing by 7's, and those 7 holes on your face, and the 7 days of creation, and Pi in your eyes, and how all the angels sit, and sing themselves musically, as pythagoras said. The 'music of the spheres.'
Indeed.

Amen, this was beautiful!
